We required our analytics and measurement capabilities to be brought up to date in line with the changing global situation, to better understand our prospective student behaviour. The Analytics team at IDP were absolutely brilliant to work with, and their very transparent way of working maintained a strong level of confidence throughout the entire process.
The process began when we received an audit into our GA account, where recommendations for improvements could be made, and prioritised in order of their impact. I was then able to join them via video conferencing where we went through these improvements step by step (together), and I was able to ask questions during the process which they were only too happy to answer – as a bonus I picked up some tips on using Google Tag Manager myself!
Since this work has been implemented, there has been an improvement in our measurement capabilities, and we’re now able to accurately measure, and understand our traffic a lot better than before. A huge thank you goes to the team involved in making this happen for us.
