Dr. Phil Hull has worked in international education since 2005, with experience in a variety of areas:  Study Abroad, International Student Services, International Recruitment and Enrollment Management, and various leadership roles.  A graduate of Luther College in Decorah, IA (English), he then received his Master's from Washington State University, and Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (American, Canadian, and Great Plains Literature).  He was a professor of English at several private colleges and public universities.  His introduction to international education began after co-teaching several faculty-led study abroad courses.  Dr. Phil currently serves as the Director of the International Student Services office at the University of Central Missouri.  He is a member of the International Relations Council of Kansas City, serves as an educational representative on the US Commercial Service's Mid-America District Export Council (MADEC), and is on AIRC's Certification Commission. While his dog Hashbrown has never traveled overseas, his two sons are now seasoned world travelers, as is his wife.
