IDP has over 2200+ student counsellors operating in more than 190 student placement offices in 35 locations around the world. We help students gain entry into quality courses in over 800 institutions around the world.

Our counsellors are renowned around the world for their personal touch, expert knowledge, integrity and passion. With a student-first approach, they put themselves in students’ shoes and go the extra mile to ensure students are matched to the best institution for them. Our counsellors are removed from the commission negotiation discussions with individual institutions and are not incentivised to prioritise one university over another.

Most of our counsellors have studied abroad themselves, so their advice is based on first-hand experience. Our counsellors comply with the strictest legal and ethical requirements, so you can be assured they are providing the most professional advice. 

IDP counsellors work on the ground in key source markets to help prospective students achieve their higher education ambitions, but they also provide invaluable local market insights that help institutions shape their marketing and recruitment strategies.  

Our Central Application Service is also now live with dedicated teams in India and China tasked with processing applications, including the chasing of outstanding documentation, we only submit complete applications to your admissions teams. This means quicker turnaround times, high-quality applications, and capacity to manage greater volumes. And with enrollment being streamlined, our counsellors in these key regions are left with more time to find the right match for the student.
